Try to let us know as soon as possible if you regret your purchase. Our warehouse sends the products away on weekdays in the afternoon.
If the product has not been sent out and we have time to pay attention to your request in time (which we always try!), We have the opportunity to cancel the purchase immediately.
If the order has already been sent, you can still cancel your purchase, but then the process of returning the order to us prevails. See “Undo purchases after delivery” in the FAQ.
