General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Snugg-A-Bear AB, Organization no. 559369-4978 (Snugg-A-Bear) is operating the Snugg-A-Bear domains and e-commerce on Snuggabear.se and subdomains (commonly referred as “the website” or “the store”). Snugg-A-Bear’s address is VIBROFÖNVAGEN 7, 245 42, STAFFANSTORP. VAT no SE559369497801.

  1. General Conditions
    1. Following Terms of Purchase conditions are valid when you (Customer) places an order on the website.
    2. The conditions to be met in order to make purchases are A) Be 18 years or older. B) Have an address within the borders of Europe. Snugg-A-Bear withholds the right to deny or alter customer orders within the conditions mentioned in below agreement.
    3. Snugg-A-Bear reserve the right to change / correct potentially mis happenings, pictures and misinformation. E.g. the right to correct incorrect stock balance status, pricing, technical information surrounding the product or services and alike at any time.
    4. In accommodation to these conditions applies as well the Privacy policy that can be found here. Describing the customer rights surrounding GDPR and Personal privacy.
  2. Customer Agreement
    1. At the point of purchase the customer enters and accept the conditions in Snugg-A-Bear’s Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy
    2. Purchases are confirmed to the customer by an order confirmation to the e-mail address supplied by the customer when ordering. It is recommended to save the order confirmation for use in future relations and contact with our customer service.
    3. Customers have the possibility to cancel an order if Snugg-A-Bear confirm that the order has yet not been shipped and is has not been processed to a point where cancellation is not possible
    4. Snugg-A-Bear reserve the right to cancel orders that are deemed to consist of incorrect / invalid customer information or creditability to pay.
    5. If Snugg-A-Bear has provided incorrect pricing information, lead time / delivery time, stock balance status or other mistakes the rights to correct errors will be invoked. The customer will be informed and have the right to decide to cancel placed order(s)
  3. Customer details / information
    1. The customer is responsible to provide correct and complete customer details required for Snugg-A-Bear to achieve a correct sale and delivery. Incorrect shipped orders due to incorrect customer details falls to the customers responsible.

  4. Price, Fees and Payment
    1. Prices are offered in SEK, defaulting to the customers geolocation and includes tax. Shipping cost are not included in the prices.
    2. A range of payment options are available on the website and customers are bound to use offered payment options.
    3. Payment is generally required to do in advance before shipping. However, Snugg-A-Bear have the right to credit check of the customer If invoice options is available and reserve the right to cancel the order if the ability to pay is unsure. In cases of overdue invoices Snugg-A-Bear can charge interest in compliance with the law.
  5. Campaigns & Discounts
    1. Snugg-A-Bear might offer campaigns and discounts and reserve the right to correct errors associated with the discount and / or campaign. A campaign can also be pre-terminated if desired by Snugg-A-Bear. Other terms and conditions can be valid in specific Campaigns not outlined in these general conditions.
  6. Shipping and Delivery
    1. Snugg-A-Bear can never guarantee mentioned shipping times on the website. Shipping times displayed on the website assumes normal expected shipping times. Unfortunately disruptions can occur in various parts of the supply chain. Performing as best as possible will always be the goal.
    2. All shipping times are in Business days and orders placed on weekends will not be shipped until the next workday.
    3. If a product cannot be delivered within the expected / offered shipping time due to out-of-stock Snugg-A-Bear will inform the customer via e-mail and either A) remove the product from the order B) Decide with the customer of possible best action and service for the customer
    4. Packages / Parcels delivered to agents locations is required to be picked up by the customer within the time range communicated by the logistics provider. The customer will always receive tracking number and notification via text message or email when to pick up the package.
  7. Refunds, Returns and Claims of damage or incorrect goods
    1. The customer’s right of withdrawal / (“returns”) is valid for 14 days after picked up from agents delivery location. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and refunds are only valid of products and product packaging is not broken, opened or damaged. Inspection of this will be made once received by Snugg-A-Bear. The customer shall clearly inform Snugg-A-Bear to proceed with a return process and provide the order number.
    2. Refund will be made to the same account used during purchase. Processing time after refund has been accepted can vary from 5-30 days. Normal processing time is between 5-10 days and should be expected.
    3. If the customer receives damaged or not ordered products it is required that the customer documents and informs the error with pictures and describing text to Snugg-A-Bear’s customer service team: raman.snuggabear@gmail.com.com as soon as possible. Snugg-A-Bear will assess and either dismiss or confirms the information in compliance with law and notify the customer. If confirmed the return shipping cost is paid by Snugg-A-Bear,
  8. Snugg-A-Bear LifeTime Warranty
    1. All products sold by Snugg-A-Bear AB or affiliates or other by other retailers carry the Snugg-A-Bear LifeTime Warranty (Referred to lifetime warranty).
    2. In order to eligibly use the lifetime warranty the customer must present the order number to prove the products where sold from Snugg-A-Bear AB or any other retailer distribution authentic Snugg-A-bear products.
    3. The lifetime warranty is not valid if the products have been misused or abused out of its expected purposes or commercial use.
    4. The lifetime warranty covers: tear or rips in the product, manufacturing defects, performance impairment by use of Microwave, freezer max -30 celsius, oven max 220 celsius or dishwasher, Warping.
    5. The lifetime warranty does not cover: Staining by food or due to use of Microwave, freezer max -30 celsius, oven max 220 celsius, dishwasher or other kitchen appliances, Melting by open fire, placing on hot stove or other extreme hot media, Scratches, Cuts and chewing Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal and are not covered by this warranty or other damages not leading to reduction in performance / performance impairment of the product.
    6. Snugg-A-Bear shall have the right to determine if the item is defective and, at its option to either replace it with a similar or equivalent item, or provide credit toward future purchases of Snugg-A-Bear brand products.
    7. Shipping cost is not included in the lifetime warranty. To be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty it requires the customer to pay for shipping cost of the damage product to Snugg-A-Bear and the replacement product to customer.
  9. Snugg-A-bear retain the right to alter the conditions in this “Terms of Purchase” at any time without notifying the customers. The updated Terms of Purchase will be available on the website. The updated conditions apply from the point in time when the customer accepts it. This will be the next time of purchase or visit to the website. Or 30 days after notice have been given to the customer.

  10. Invalidity
    1. Should any provision of these Terms or part thereof, in a judicial review, be deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not mean that the Terms in their entirety are invalid. Instead, a reasonable adjustment of the invalid provision shall take place so that it becomes valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  11. Applicable law and dispute
    1. Disputes shall primarily be resolved by agreement after discussion with Snugg-A-Bear’s customer service. In the event of a dispute, Snugg-A-Bear follows a decision from the General Complaints Board, arn.se, the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.

    3. The customer may, however, choose that a dispute shall instead be settled through an alternative dispute resolution procedure. Complaints are submitted either to the General Complaints Board, arn.se, the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm,

or on the online platform (ODR) http://ec.europa.eu/odr. More information on alternative dispute resolution can be found on the online platform (ODR). Snugg-A-Bear accepts that a dispute is tried by the alternative dispute resolution bodies that are competent to process the complaint. In the event of a dispute, Snugg-A-Bear follows a decision from the alternative dispute resolution body.
