This is also one of our ways of creating sustainable products that avoid “wear and tear” and thus affect the earth’s resources less.
Lifetime Warranty Covers damage that impairs the product’s use/performance and functions that arise during normal and correct use (eg daily wear and tear):
Tears or Cracks that impair the use of the product
- Defects from manufacturing
- The material has “twisted” say “Changed shape” (Warping)
- Bite injuries
- caused by children under 3 years
- Impaired function due to use in Microwave, Freezer max -30 Celsius, Oven max 220 Celsius or Dishwasher
Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT generally cover minor defects that do not affect the use of the product:
- If the product has been misused, misused or used for commercial purposes.
- Stains due to food or Microwave, Freezer, Oven, Dishwasher or other kitchen utensils
- Melting of the material / product in the event of contact with a fire or a hot stove or other extremely hot heat sources Scratches, cuts and bite injuries caused by children over 3 years or adults
- Minor “beauty defects” on the surface caused by manufacturing and transport
